WCER Ricoh printer configuration for Windows computers. Prerequisites. The Ricoh printer must be installed on your Windows Profile. To install the printer please refer to one of these guides:. The Ricoh printer was installed on a Windows domain computer or a Windows laptop with a Universal Print driver. The printer will require a printing code to associate with all print jobs.

This can be acquired either from a sign near the printer, your project manager, or from the ([email protected]). If your project has not printed to the Ricoh printer before, please contact the ([email protected]) to get your project's printing code configured on the printer.
Configure Printing Preferences Open the Control Panel. Under the Hardware and Sound section select View devices and printers. Right click on the Ricoh printer that you want to configure.

Select Printing preferences. In the Printing Preferences window, select the Detailed Settings tab.
In the menu category, select Job Setup. In the User Code: box, enter your project's printing code. Select the Frequently Used Settings tab. Select the Details. Enter your project's print code in the Enter User ID: box.
Back in the Printing Preferences window, change the default Color option to Black and White. Select the Register Current Settings. Enter a simple preset name for your settings e.g. Select Apply in the Printing Preferences window. Then select OK.
